Hi guys, sorry it took so long to update this! I was investigating the situation with my supplier and they was finally able to give me a satisfactory solution.

WHAT HAPPENED?
I received messages from some customers concerned that their adjustable metal strap ... wasn't adjustable! What was my surprise when I checked the few that I had left over in stock, I realized that they were all defective .
I want to clarify that the defective metal straps are the ones that do not have leather, that is, the ones that are not included with Nahida's bag, the ones you purchased for 5 extra euros!
Continuing with my explanation, I quickly contacted the supplier to give me a solution, but the first solution they gave me was not satisfactory for me, so, after insisting, the supplier gave me a second option much more satisfactory!
SOLUTIONS:
The first solution, which was not entirely satisfactory for me, since you paid for a product and not for a DIY, was that you and I fixed the straps, I don't mind fixing the straps that I had left over and that I have in stock, but I think it would not be fair to you
Anyway the supplier sent me a video of how to do it, if anyone wants this solution, I can send you the video, in the video the supplier uses jewelry pliers to change the pieces

The second solution was the best! The supplier offered to ship a new product to you, this time made correctly, adjustable.
Here are the conditions under which it would be shipped:
- you must contact me THROUGH EMAIL) in the next two weeks, the deadline is 25 September. to avoid problems of schedules due to the time difference i advise you to contact me earlier. (contact email: [email protected] )
- Metal Straps will be shipped directly from the factory in China
- I asked the supplier if it was possible to use a shipping method where you, the buyers, don't have to pay customs. The supplier told me ''yes'', it will be shipped with a shipping method where you will not have to pay customs.
- I must assume that the shipments will have tracking number when sent with the method ''without customs'' DDP, I will inform you if it is not so

Hey guys! I've come back from my little trip to Madrid, I went to Taylor Swift's concert and it was amazing! I arrived on Saturday night, I was working on your orders on Sunday and Monday but the fatigue hit me hard... but! this week all orders from the first bulk order will be picked up by the postal service!

SCHEDULE
I'm going to be working hard until June 16th, because on the 17th I'm traveling to Barcelona for another concert! (Olivia Rodrigo)
My goal is to ship all orders before the end of the month, as I want to sell the leftovers soon in my store, before the upcoming conventions: Dokomi (Dusseldorf, Germany) and Japan Expo Paris.
PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING BOXES T_T
Three months ago I received approximately 12 packages that contained the shipping boxes that I am using for this kickstarter, unfortunately missing 1 package that was lost until recently and which has been returned to the supplier, I hope to have enough shipping boxes to send your orders TT
The postal service that handled the delivery returned it to the supplier without even making a delivery attempt and without consulting me, so the supplier and I are still fighting with the postal service and making claims

FIRST BULK ORDER

I was working on the shipments and there are only half of them left to send, I was a few weeks without sending due to health problems and other deadlines that I could not delay.
I will ship ALL of them next week, I will work hard on sending them all during these days, if you have NOT received your tracking number yet and want to change the address, please contact me as soon as possible, I will send the tracking numbers one day before the postal service picks up the packages, so please if you receive the notification and still your address has not been changed, Let me know immediately
I am very sorry for this delay, I had a severe pharyngitis and was so sick for more than a week, a week that I was going to take advantage of to send all the orders of the first bulk order.

1. INTRO
Hi guys! I'm glad to announce that I've received the first bulk order (the one that contains all the shoulder bags, and zhongli, wanderer, nahida and albedo wallets! ) and the shipping boxes!
There's around 150 orders ready to ship now!
If you ordered the order products ( extra metal straps and/or Cyno, Tighnari, Kokomi, Al Haitham and Kaveh wallets) you must have to wait until I receive them!

2. FIRST BULK ORDER
Will be shipped these weeks, please check your emails, since some of you received an emailfrom backerkit with the final notice to change your address. You have 48h to change your address.
3. SECOND BULK ORDER
Supplier told me that this bulk order will be finished and ready to ship this week.
The factory will send me two quotes with two different shipping options so that I decide which one to choose. The first is shipping express, it will take 7 days to get to my warehouse, the second is shipping by train, it will take 35 days to get to my warehouse.
Shipping Express costs twice as much as Shipping by Train, so it will send me both quotes, so I can decide which shipping method I prefer and what price I am willing to pay. Most likely, I will choose express shipping even though its price will be double that of shipping by train, as I want all of you to have your products as soon as possible.
4. SHIPPING BOXES

5. LAST CALL TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS
LAST CALL! If you received an email from backerkit today and you need to change your address, please change it before 48h, because your address will be locked after that and I will start shipping orders.
If you didn't changed your address and your order is already shipped, we have several options, depending on your order the situation.
- If I receive the package back to me, I can ship the order again, but you will have to pay for the shipping again. If you don't want to pay again for shipping, I can refund THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCTS, not the first shipping cost you've paid at first, since that service was complete, no matter if you received the product or not.
- If the order gets lost/anyone at your old address pick the package and don't want to give you the package back, is not my responsability, since you didn't changed your address despite of the multiple times I warned about it.
*Remember that once I send you the tracking number, you are 100% responsible for your package, I can't keep an eye on the 500 tracking numbers, it's unsustainable.
I recommend apps like Aftership or Telegram's MyTrackingbot to have notifications every time there is a movement with the shipment of your order.
shipments will be made with Correos Spain, in your country the delivery will be made by the local delivery company, for example USPS, La Poste, etc.
shipments to USA require signature of the recipient, this means that you or someone of your family must be present when they deliver your package, they won't leave him at your door. If you are not at home, you will most likely have to go to the post office to pick up your parcel under the conditions that your postal service has, for example, you may have limited time to pick up your order, usually 10-15 days.
If the shipment is returned to me, YOU should contact me to make a new shipment, you have 3 months to contact me from the moment I receive the package back.
6. PRODUCT WARNINGS
I just wanted to make a note about the wallets, since a friend almost ripped off the coin purse when I showed it to her the first time, thinking it was another compartment.
The wallet has the first lid, where you can store cards, bills, invoices and your ID, is easy to identify since it has a magnetic closure!
The other part is the huge coin purse with zipper, that is sewed to the rest of the product, you can store your coins there!
please do not try to separate the pocket for coins from the rest of the product structure, it will break it and i will not be responsible for it.
